This warranty does not cover defects resulting from customer actions, including mishandling, improper interfacing, operation beyond design limits (like liquid damage), misapplication, inadequate repair, or unauthorized modifications. No other warranties, whether expressed or implied, are provided. RoamWiFi explicitly disclaims any implied warranties regarding merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. RoamWiFi's liability is strictly limited to the actual purchase price of the defective unit or units submitted for claim, and it specifically excludes any recovery for the customer’s lost profits, goodwill, or any other direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages. Moreover, RoamWiFi is not responsible for typical manufacturing defects or common deviations from specifications.

RoanWiFi (except batteries) are warranted against defects in material and workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase or service activation date (whichever is earlier). Battery related products warranty is six (6) months. If you believe the product you have purchased has a defect in material or workmanship, or has failed during normal use within the warranty period, please write to fail@hotmail.com
If product repair or replacement is necessary, please follow the steps below:
